N&rsquo;avez pas respect\u00e9 un avis de voyage n\u00e9gatif (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/diplomatie.belgium.be\/fr\/Services\/voyager_a_letranger\/conseils_par_destination\">conseils_par_destination<\/a>);\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. Vous d\u00e9placez dans une r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 un conflit arm\u00e9 est en cours;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3.
